If you are a traveller
If you booked a tour, a treatment or a transfer and need to change or cancel it, please contact the business you booked with — they hold your booking, and they can act on it immediately. Routelink is the software they use; we cannot change a booking on their behalf.
The same applies to a request to access or delete your personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains why, and what we do to help.
